I created this using coloured pencils on heavy black paper. I love using texture in my work and the pencils for the panda's fur was perfect for this, whilst the black paper adds drama. I enjoy using light and dark to shape the panda and bring him to life. The panda is a such a sweet animal and he was a pleasure to create.
